Returning Policy & Canceling Orders

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Terms

1- The Plants. 

- You have ​one calendar day to report returning item from the date you received it if it damaged or in bad condition from the following form RETURNING ORDERS

- Plants can’t be refunded except if there a damage with your plant or in bad condition and you will need to requist change or refund at the same day of delivery or it won’t be accepted. (You can returned at the time of delivery.)

 

2- Any other product

- You must return the item within 14 days from the date you received it.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 


Process


  1. Please send your requist useing website CANCEL ORDER forms or by Texting Whatsapp to request a replacment or refund and we will send you form and confirm date and time of returning item.

2. Once you have received your form , fill the form and send it back​

3. Include in your item in the recived package with the the original receipt. (if the original receipt you can’t return the item)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable. 

In case the customer changed their mind about their purchase, or if they’re dissatisfied with a product.
